Q? What payments do you accept?: A.

In our store we accept cash, checks and debit/credit cards of any type. In our online store we accept checks that you send us first, after they clear we send out the jewelry you purchased or you can pay with your card directly online.
Q? Do you buy jewelry?: A.

In this situation we suggest you stop by at our shop in Destin so we can take a look at your jewelry. Most of the time we suggest consignment because you get more money that way. If you have an old or worn piece of jewelry you just don't want anymore, we also buy it for Gold or Silver.
Q? Do you accept layaway?: A.

Yes, we accept layaway but only for in store purchases. You would have to come by and but the desired piece in our store directly on layaway. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Q? How do you ship your jewelry?: A.

Every item you buy from our online store will be shipped fully insured and with delivery signature only. That way we can ensure you get the item without any problems.
Q? What is your return policy?: A.

On new jewelry you can return your item within 7 days if there is something wrong with the item for a full refund. On used jewelry you have a 7 day return period if you don't like it for a full refund. We try to explain every little detail on our items, so you know exactly what you are looking at.
Q? How do I know your jewelry is real?: A.

In our description we state very clear what metal you are buying. We also make sure the quality of nay stone is perfectly described. We want our clients to be happy and have no interest at all to mislead anybody. We are happy when your are happy. Honesty is our main goal.
Q? Is your shop safe to order?: A.

Yes our shop will check out encrypted. You can see that based on the https://. Your card information entered is always safe. We also never sell any customer information to any third party, never!
Q? What if the ring I like needs to be sized?: A.

Absolutely no problem, if you pace your order online just contact us and let us know to what size we have to size your ring to. Its always best to give us a call first, that way we can also give you a price for the sizing.
Q? Is Jewelers Workbench of Destin an online shop only?: A.

No, we are a real jewelry store located in Destin Florida. Our master jeweler is in town since 1999 and has over 43 years of experience. We are located at 4421 Commons Drive East in the Publix Shopping Mall just west of the Destin Commons Shopping Mall.
